NCCLA Membership

Students, faculty, K-12 and post-secondary educators, other professionals, and community members all enrich this network, devoted to research and teaching about Latin America and the Caribbean. Join the NCCLA and receive periodic updates about the annual conference, teaching workshops, and award opportunities. Become a member and strengthen this vibrant interdisciplinary community of Latin Americanists in the upper Midwest.


Annual Membership

Term of membership is academic year, September 1 to August 31. Plan to renew during August each year. Payment can be made online or via check.

For AY 2025-26, fall conference registration is bundled with a reduced-cost annual membership.

Levels of Membership (1-year)

Professional: $30 (5 years: $140 / 10 years: $275)

Retired: $15

Student: $10

To pay by check: (1) Download, print, and mail the membership form; (2) Make check payable to NCCLA. Mail to the address listed on the form.

To pay online: (1) Complete and submit online membership form, below; (2) Pay online with Paypal, credit or debit card.

Pay membership dues separately only if you will not attend the 2025 fall conference at St. Olaf College. If you will attend the fall conference, renew your membership at a reduced cost as part of conference registration.
