Conference Registration
Membership. All conference attendees (whether or not you are presenting) must register and hold a current NCCLA membership for 2026-27. Viterbo students who are not presenting may attend without completing registration or membership. The evening keynote is open to all in the Viterbo community.
Meals. Please note that Friday lunch and dinner (meals available for purchase) are core to the conference program, featuring welcome remarks and awards ceremonies and promoting further connections among attendees. Saturday lunch similarly extends conference conversations during the program.
Rates. Reduced-cost registration rates and conference meal purchases are available through September 11.
After September 11, conference meals cannot be purchased and registration rates will increase.
Standard registration rates are available from September 12 until the event.

Student presenters can apply to receive a travel grant and all conference presenters are encouraged to apply for the Research and Teaching Awards. Visit our awards page for more details.

We are honored to be hosting Professor Kristy Nabhan-Warren (University of Iowa) as the 2026 NCCLA keynote speaker. She will present the lecture “La Perseverancia, Fe y Acompañamiento in a Time of Fear and Surveillance” – see conference program for additional details.
